Beth Krancberg (Ph.D., Columbia University), Lecturer. Her areas of specialization are philosophy of mind, cognitive science, and artificial moral agents. Her research is focused on developing a unified theory of conceptual schemes and alternative conceptual schemes encompassing both human and artificial cognitive architectures. She has taught, among other schools, at Trinity College (Conn.), Connecticut College, and Southern Connecticut State University, and in the NEH-funded “Ethics and Values Interdisciplinary Project” at Columbia University’s medical school.
